TERMS OF USE
Terms of UseEULA
These terms govern your use of SDK Ntrip (the “Service”). Please read them before using the Service.
Effective date / Last updated:
1. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability of its features, base station information, or correction data.
Positioning accuracy and stability depend on factors such as equipment, connectivity, distance from the base station, and satellite geometry. You are responsible for checking suitability for your intended use and for using the Service based on your own judgment.
Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, inaccurate, delayed, or missing information, or failures of base stations or communication equipment.
The preceding exclusion does not apply to losses caused by the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence. It does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Japan’s Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws, or restrict your statutory rights.
2. Prohibited use
You must use the Service in accordance with its purpose, specifications, access permissions, and visibility settings. The following activities outside those limits are prohibited:
- Activities that violate laws, public order or morals, or the rights of others.
- Unauthorized access, bypassing authentication, misuse of another person’s account or credentials, or tampering with data.
- Obtaining, distributing, or publishing correction data or base station information without permission to do so.
- Disrupting the Service or other users, including by generating excessive traffic or transmitting harmful data.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or defects in the Service, or facilitating any of these prohibited activities.
If such activities are identified, the operator may disconnect connections, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
3. Service changes and suspension
The operator may change, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, incident response, security, changes to external services, operational circumstances, or other reasonable grounds.
Continuous availability and a recovery deadline following a suspension are not guaranteed. The disclaimers in Section 1 apply to any resulting losses. Introduction of or changes to pricing plans will be announced in advance as described in the next section.
4. Advance notice of pricing plans
The operator may introduce paid plans or change existing pricing plans in the future. Fees, included features, the effective date, payment terms, and other relevant details will be announced on this website or through another appropriate channel with a reasonable notice period before they take effect.
A new paid plan will apply only after you sign up or give explicit consent. Using the Service for free will not automatically incur charges, and past free use will not be charged retroactively.
Changes to existing pricing plans and their effective dates will also be announced in advance, and all procedures required by applicable law and contract will be followed.
5. Informing users of dedicated base station connection accounts
If you issue or manage dedicated base station connection accounts, you must provide these terms to the users of those accounts and make them aware of their contents. You must also inform those users of the updated terms whenever these terms are revised.
